My Eats


This is my take on the Chipotle bowl.  A friend of mine had all the ingredients out, buffet style, at her son's birthday party and I've been obsessed ever since!

Ingredients in order of layers:

- Brown rice,
- Ground turkey sautéed with onion, salt, pepper and cumin
- Black beans
- Tomatoes
- Cilantro
- Cheddar cheese

My toddler and husband love this meal!

Quinoa cooked steamed with garlic and topped with tomatoes
Oven roasted asparagus

My container garden has been doing SO well this year.  This bouquet of cilantro is straight from the garden to my plate!

The best grain-free pancakes!  Also from @eatingwhole

These are so good, you don't need butter or syrup.

1 mashed banana
1 egg
1/4 cup cottage cheese
flax meal
A LOT of cinnamon
Topped with blueberries
